Our Designer Look #8 proposes a black bust which flows between a white sleeve and skirt. The black bust we propose incorporates a 3/4 sleeve, the white sleeve is also set to a 3/4 length, and we combine these with three different skirt lengths to modulate the overall fluid effect.
